Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Security & Integrated Technology

I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading UK technology and security integration business for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile integrated security and technology projects across Leeds and surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering complex CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and integrated technology solutions across critical public infrastructure, including local authorities, healthcare, education, transport and residential environments.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of multiple projects from award through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest technical, commercial and safety standards.

Working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, you'll oversee every stage of delivery including planning, procurement, programme management, commissioning and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electronic security and integrated technology projects from inception through to completion.
• Lead project planning, programme management, procurement and commissioning activities.
• Take responsibility for budgets, forecasting, variations and commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, engineers and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety legislation and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful project handover, documentation and customer satisfaction.

About You

You'll ideally have experience with:

• Enterprise CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems
• Managing projects valued from small works through to large-scale programmes
• Commercial and financial project management
• Health & Safety and CDM compliance
• Client-facing project delivery
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams
