The Role

Our client is looking to recruit an Estimator to support the preparation of Security & Fire Alarm quotations.

This is a new role within the business, focused on putting quotations together from internal site reports and online tenders.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Fire & Security industry, although candidates from an electrical contractor background may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations for Fire Alarm and Security works• Reviewing internal site reports and tender documents• Pricing works accurately based on technical requirements• Working with internal teams to clarify scope and requirements• Supporting tender responses and commercial submissions• Helping ensure quotes are returned accurately and on time

Experience Required

• Ideally 5 years’ experience in the Fire & Security industry• Electrical contractor background also considered• Good understanding of Fire Alarm and Security systems• Strong attention to detail• Comfortable reviewing reports, scopes and tender information• Good communication and organisational skills
