Overview

I’m working with a leading global security integrator to hire a Junior Project Manager / Project Administrator to support their growing installation team in Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into project management or already operating at junior level, working across multiple small-scale security projects.

 

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of security installation projects, typically managing:

• Reporting
• Project admin, scheduling and financial tracking
• Finance systems
• Timesheets

Working closely with senior PMs, install managers and internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support project delivery across multiple live jobs
• Schedule engineers and coordinate workloads
• Raise purchase orders and track project costs
• Process timesheets and project-related expenses
• Liaise with finance, procurement and logistics
• Assist with project close-out and reporting
• Maintain accurate project and financial data

 

Requirements

• Experience in a project admin / coordinator / scheduler role (ideally in security, construction or engineering)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good Excel / systems experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Security systems exposure (CCTV, Access, Intruder, Fire) beneficial

 

Nice to Have

• Experience within security / fire industry
• Exposure to enterprise systems (Lenel, C-Cure etc.)
• Ambition to progress into a full Project Manager role
