My client, a trusted leader in integrated technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Lead AV Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in AV installation and service who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As the Lead AV Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and servicing of advanced audiovisual systems in commercial environments. You will lead projects involving cutting-edge technology for boardrooms, conference rooms, and digital signage installations. This role requires a high level of expertise and leadership in managing AV projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of AV equipment including projectors, Cisco WebEx systems, ACMIs, video walls, and other audio-visual solutions for conference rooms, boardrooms, and digital signage.
• System Configuration: Configure AV systems to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and networks.
• Troubleshooting & Service: Provide ongoing maintenance and servicing of AV systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Project Management: Oversee AV projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients to ensure timely delivery and high-quality installations.
• Client Support: Offer training and technical support to clients, ensuring they are confident in operating their AV systems.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service quality.

Required Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in audiovisual installation, configuration, and servicing.
• Expertise in Cisco WebEx: Proven experience in installing and configuring Cisco WebEx solutions for video conferencing.
• Knowledge of ACMIs: Familiarity with Audio/Video interconnects, including ACMIs (Audio/Visual Media Interface), to ensure high-quality connectivity.
• Projector Installation & Service: Skilled in the installation, alignment, and servicing of projectors for a range of environments including boardrooms and large conference rooms.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AV systems and their integration with IT networks.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot AV system issues efficiently, providing swift solutions to minimize downtime.
