We currently have an opening for a Lead Install Technician in Miami, FL

Role:

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for complex electronic security systems installations and repairs to include access control, video security, infant protection, intrusion, and perimeter detection systems. Most work is completed during a normal 8 hour day but all employees must be available 24/7, 365 to meet our commitment to response time and functionality of the clients' systems. 

Requirements:

•    Installs low voltage security systems in a new construction and existing commercial environment •    Terminates and installs end devices such as badge readers, motion detectors, glass break sensors, mag locks, door strikes, IP and analog cameras, focusing camera lenses, etc.•    Dresses and terminates Access and security headend panels within an IDF room which includes some light conduit work. •    Works with various systems including but not limited to: Software House, Genetec, Hugs, Pro-Watch, Avigilon•    Reads and interprets blue prints and schematics•    Performs preventative maintenance on access control and video systems and provides updates to management•    Ability to provide daily direction and training of Installation Apprentice•    Assists with other technical support issues, as needed.•    Attends to other matters and duties necessitated as assigned by the Regional Manager or executive staff of TSi.
