The Role:

The Security Operations Center Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and alerting others of any incidents which may impact the client’s people, products or property. You’ll be required to monitor across a variety of sites (from a central location).

Requirements:

You’ll need a minimum of 6 months experience in a CCTV/SOC type role, Emergency Dispatch or high volume call centre environment

Reliable and punctual

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable in a high-tech and fast paced environment

Be a team player and equally work well on own initiative

Previous 911/call center or SOC experience is a must for this position

Desk based position working from central location
