Overview

Working with a leading global security integrator on a key hire within their projects/installation team in Ireland.

This role sits between engineering and project delivery — ideal for someone looking to step up from hands-on engineering into a more project-focused position while still staying technically involved.

The Role

• Support delivery of security installation projects across multiple sites
• Work alongside Project Managers on planning and execution
• Installation, commissioning and testing of:
• CCTV
• Access Control
• Intruder systems
• Work from drawings, specifications and project programmes
• Provide technical support to engineers and subcontractors
• Assist with project documentation, reporting and handover
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders during project delivery

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in security engineering (install/commissioning)
• Strong experience across CCTV, Access Control & Intruder
• Experience working on installation projects (commercial or data centre beneficial)
• Ability to work alongside PMs and support delivery
• Good understanding of networking and system integration
• Full clean driving licence

Nice to Have

• Exposure to enterprise systems (Lenel, C-Cure, Genetec etc.)
• Data centre project experience
• Experience stepping into project coordination / support
