Job Title: Senior AccountantLocation: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per yearEmployment Type: Full-Time
Overview:We are currently partnering with a well-established company based in Milpitas, CA, to recruit a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting professional with strong month-end close experience who is looking to join a dynamic and collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Support internal and external audit processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong expertise in month-end close processes
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Arrangement:This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be in the office three days per week, with the option to work remotely two days per week.
