Security Engineer – Service Division

Field-Based - South of England - Bournemouth/Portsmouth/SouthamptonSalary: circa £40,000 (flexible depending on experience)Immediate Start

We’re looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join a growing service division, supporting a large utilities contract across the South of England. 

The Role

• Carry out service, maintenance, reactive call-outs and small works
• Work across CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
• Diagnose faults and ensure systems are operating to current standards
• Complete real-time job reporting and documentation
• Support customer relationships through high-quality service delivery
• Participate in an on-call rota and occasional overtime

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in service & maintenance of commercial security systems
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems - desirable would be Hanwha, AMAG, and Galaxy or similar systems to those.  
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good customer-facing and problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence

• Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00
• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
• Overtime paid at time and a half / double time on weekends
