Nadine Jones

I’m an easy going individual with a sense of humour and don’t take life too seriously, how can you when you are a mum to 3 (quite feral) boys and juggle work, a house and a son who’s interest is going very fast on two wheels! With that in mind, put me in work mode and you get something very different, having spent most of my working career in recruitment, I absolutely love working with clients, building those relationships and delivering outstanding service, I feel such a sense of responsibility with everything I do and enjoy the satisfaction of a client benefiting from all that hard work.  

What do you do every day? 

Leading the US team and supporting a selection of our UK and US accounts, to delivery exceptional service and spend time to understand clearly the direction and aim of those individual businesses. You are only as good as your team and working with such a wonderful group of people who all feel the same way is amazing. 

Who are you interested in talking to? 

I’m interested in talking to individuals looking for their next career move based in the US and equally the same in the UK. I am also interested in businesses looking for a true recruitment partner, who can benefit from our expertise and service.  

What do you like to do for fun? 

When I have the chance, I like to take my two horses out and if I don’t have an opportunity to do that, there is nothing more I enjoy than supporting my eldest son with competition in Motocross, he’s only 8 years old and already finishing top 3 in his class. I love to cheer him on and take him round the country on his bike, I am also enjoying watching my twin sons, who are almost 3 achieve new milestones and see new things!
