Internal Account Manager Needed!

As an Internal Sales Account Manager, your main responsibility is to support the Key Account Managers within the Global Accounts Team. To do this, you will pro-actively contact accounts to ensure unparalleled service is being provided, book/organise client visits for the Key Account Managers, support on administrative duties, up/cross sell product lines to clients, attend networking/trade shows, conduct site survey/reports and managing in-house training days for clients.
To succeed in this position, you will be passionate about cutting edge tech and working within a client focused position. You will have exceptional telephone manner, ideally have experience with client facing activities, have experience working towards ££ targets and be comfortable hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). You will also be technically strong enough to conduct surveys (once full product training has been provided), have excellent computing skills and a real pro-active and collaborative work ethic.
This position is Hybrid with the office location in the Luton region. It will be 2/3 days in the office with the remainder working from home or attending client meetings/visits. You must therefore have a working home office.
