The Role

As the Regional Service & Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for delivering service, maintenance, and small works in alignment with client expectations and SLAs. 

Duties

• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Foster strong client relationships.
• Manage escalated customer issues.
• Proactively lead and manage the team.
• Oversee productivity and service quality.
• Act as an escalation point for Call Out engineers.
• Support Service Desk to meet targets.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards.

Essential Skills

• Industry experience in Fire and Security.
• Proficiency in systems technology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Focus on performance targets.
• High attention to detail.

Desirable

• Resource planning experience.
• Familiarity with relevant software.
• Proven SLA achievement.
• CSCS/ECS Card.

Remuneration

• Location: Bristol
• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
• 25days holiday + Bank holiday 
• Company vehicle or Allowance. 
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
