Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join their team, covering the M4 Corridor / London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in servicing and maintaining CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems. While 3+ years of experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Maintenance: Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis on a range of electronic security systems.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Identify faults, complete repairs, and make system adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
• Compliance & Testing: Conduct system tests in line with industry regulations
• Documentation: Accurately complete service reports and relevant paperwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in servicing and maintaining security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control).
• Strong working knowledge of systems, including but not limited to:
  • CCTV: Hikvision, Avigilon, Axis, Dahua
  • Intruder Alarms: Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy, Pyronix, Orisec
  • Access Control: Paxton, Lenel, C-Cure, Gallagher, Honeywell Pro-Watch
• Ability to diagnose and rectify technical faults efficiently.
• Knowledge of security regulations and compliance standards.
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
