Location: London and Surrounding Areas (Up to 1.5 Hour Travel) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Standby Rate + Benefits Call-Out Rota: 1-in-6, with additional standby rate

They are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join their team, delivering top-tier service while mentoring junior engineers.

Role Overview

The Senior Security Engineer will lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who enjoys both hands-on work and guiding others.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Perform installations and commissioning across intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems to the highest standards

• Site Surveys: Conduct site assessments, recommend security improvements, and address client-specific needs

• Quote Review: Evaluate project quotes for accuracy, alignment with client requirements, and make adjustments as necessary

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, sharing knowledge and supporting their growth

• Quality Control: Ensure thorough quality control in all project phases

• Client Relations: Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service

Skills & Experience Required

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control, including commissioning skills

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor team members effectively

• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in surveys, quotes, and installations

• Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Service-Oriented: A commitment to delivering quality service and maintaining client satisfaction
