"My first job at 15 years old with JJB sports - every Saturday the incentive to go home early would be to upsell laces and whitener with trainers.....I was the first to leave early every single week and I knew then I was destined to be in sales in some format! It taught me from a young age that a high-quality customer service and following a process will take you far......"

"I’m a matchmaker for careers, helping companies find the right talent while guiding candidates to opportunities that align with their skills and passions. My role is to connect the dots between great people and great positions, ensuring both thrive together!"

"Fun fact - Although I live right by our HQ in St Neots now, I was in fact born in West Bromwich in the Midlands and moved here nearly 9 years ago. I'm a West Brom fan - boing boing!"

"I've learnt throughout my career that hard work beats talent - all day every day. Sales isn't just about closing deals—it's about truly understanding your audience, earning their trust, and staying committed even when the process is challenging."

What do you like doing in your spare time?
"Supporting my son with his football (he is the next big 'Jude' after Jude Bellingham I hope and pray) but also doing things with my family to create happy positive memories for my 2 boys to look back on as they grow. I try to stay fit and healthy with a couple of gym sessions per week and a balanced diet, but I do have a bit of a sweet tooth......"
