As a recruitment consultant, my day revolves around finding, assessing, and placing the best candidates for our clients. My aim is for candidates to really buy into Zitko and what I am able to offer them, enforcing a great experience throughout their onboarding journey and to encourage a healthy long term relationship.
From a candidate perspective, I want to speak to anyone that has fire and security experience and can demonstrate great knowledge with integrated systems. However this is desirable, most importantly I want to talk to driven, motivated individuals from trainee engineers right up to MD’s who take pride in their work and really care about the output – our clients love a positive ‘can do attitude’.
My 2 boys keep me busy! I like to spend my time out of work mostly with my family – whether that is going on holiday or simply going for a nandos - creating positive memories for my children and instilling core values are my focus. I do also like some me time every now and then, so I do try and get in a couple of gym sessions in the week and a guilty pleasure of mine is getting in a good back massage on a spa day!
