What’s your elevator pitch?

I am currently the dedicated Account Manager responsible for delivering Zitko Group’s RPO Solution (Managed Service) across the Unites States for Northland Controls. Northland Controls specialize in the design, build, integration, and management of high-end security systems. Their customers include some of the largest hi-tech companies in Silicon Valley. 

With the help of my team, I manage and oversee high-volume, end to end recruitment cycles for both my candidates and hiring managers. This also includes involvement in team-structure planning, oversight of candidate attraction and marketing, managing third-party recruitment suppliers, and continuously assessing and improving processes relating to talent.

What do you do every day?

I head up an incredible team of 2 who work alongside me in delivering talent solutions to Northland Controls. Due to the time-difference, this means starting my day around 1pm and finishing late evenings. Every day is different, however everything center’s around giving our client’s and candidate’s the best possible service every single day!

I adore travelling - visiting beautiful places, seeing incredible things, and eating delicious food! I also have 3 nieces & nephews as well as 2 godchildren who keep things fun!
