This exclusive opportunity to join Nexus Security Solutions as a Business Development Manager can offer just that. You will be the first salesperson to join the business working alongside the Sales Director to grow their portfolio base and support the management of existing accounts. You will have the flexibility and freedom to hunt down business via any route or in any vertical of your choosing using your pre-existing relationships, with full ownership of your desk and time management. You will be a part of building out the culture and direction of the business, with year 1 focused on getting you embedded and building out that plan alongside the Director, whilst still maintaining a healthy earning.
Given the quality of the technology and partners that Nexus work with, you will be able to receive any training on these as necessary to get your technical knowledge up to speed, however you will need to have a strong fundamental understanding of the electronic security industry, including access control, CCTV, and intruder alarms. Any previous knowledge of, or experience with, integrated systems is a bonus.
This is a great opportunity for a strong, hungry salesperson to make their stamp within a business looking to build a name to be feared in the industry. You will need to be self-sufficient and driven, as well as holding a flexible approach to support the business as needed, including building your own quotes and site visits/surveys.
