After a big transition from my marketing role into a consultant position, I have navigated technical recruitment and landed in my current position in sales. I pride myself on quality matches and taking the time to get to know the needs of both my candidates and clients. I want my placements to be a success in the long run, and do this through honesty, communication, and a strong attention to detail, but also try to keep things light and fun!
I can’t get through my day without speaking to people (unsurprising!). I spend my time increasing my network on LinkedIn, creating content for my socials, speaking with new people as well as existing contacts, and working out how best to match current and prospective clients with my candidates.

In my spare time over the last few months I’ve either found myself down the yard with the horse, cuddled up with the cat, or sat bingeing some shows (currently on Game of Thrones!).
