Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer Location: Kent, London & Home Counties Salary: £38,000–£42,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role: We are working with a well-established fire systems company currently looking to recruit an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across retail and commercial premises, performing servicing, maintenance, small installations, and remedial works on fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Carry out small installations and remedial work as required.
• Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure systems are fully operational and compliant.
• Work closely with clients to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.
• Keep detailed records of work completed using a company-provided tablet.
Requirements:
• Strong experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer, with a solid background in servicing, maintenance, and small installations.
• Excellent knowledge of fire alarm systems and compliance standards (e.g., BS 5839).
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving license.
