Your Role

As the Regional Technical Manager, you will:

• Product & R&D Alignment: Collaborate with the Technical Director and R&D teams to define regional product needs, develop business cases, and ensure product roadmaps align with market demands.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities. Drive product positioning and messaging tailored for the region.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to launch new products, localize materials, and drive adoption.
• Sales Enablement: Provide technical training, tools, and insights to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
