Field Service Engineer (Fire & Security)

Location: North West  

We currently have an opening for a Field Service Technician to join the team based in the North West area. This is working for a large business to cover service and maintenance requirements for a wide range of customers.

Role:

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing solutions to an assortment of clients and Security Systems from simple standalone systems to large multi-site integrated solutions including IP CCTV, Access Control and high-end Door Entry systems. The successful candidate will be mindful of the customer’s requirements and be able to work within predefined time limits to enable the company to maintain its high standards of quality and efficiency whilst delivering customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• The relevant experience maintaining and service of a range of Electronic Security Systems, including functional and digital door entry systems, access control, locking and door furniture solutions, warden call/social alarms, Fire alarms, Intruder alarms, TV, Door/ barrier/ gate automation, Access control GSM
• Security screening carried out for various sites so a clean criminal record is a must
• Must be willing to be part of an on-call rota
• Demonstrate accurate fault finding and achieve a high level of first-time fix
•  

Package: Upto £38k per annum + Company Van, Overtime and call out allowance
