Job Description: Service Engineer
Position: Service EngineerEmployment Type: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on experience) + OTE with overtime, travel time and call out paymentLocation: Covering Inner M25, with a base office near Reading
Role Overview
As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing remedial call-outs for security systems. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining system integrity and adhering to service standards. The role requires a proactive approach, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in security systems maintenance, ideally at Enterprise level with experience on Lenel/C Cure/Genetec/Gallagher and Milestone. A commitment to high standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with Job Management Systems and experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
