Fire Alarm Service/Reactive Engineer

Salary: £36,000 - £46,000 DOE (Up to £50,000 potential)

Location: Bedford – Covering Bedford area into North London

Job Purpose

Seeking a Fire Alarm Service Engineer with 3+ years of experience to service and handle reactive

work in commercial properties across North London and the north M25 area. Knowledge of security,

access control, and CCTV systems is a plus.

Skills Required

• Experience with conventional, addressable, and wireless fire alarm systems

• Familiarity with brands like Gent or Vesda

• Understanding of security alarms and emergency lighting

• Knowledge of NSI codes and current industry standards

Additional Information

Role involves working at heights. A full UK driving license is required. Standard hours: Monday to

Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with 1 in 6 weeks on call (overtime paid). NSSA Security Screening is

necessary.
