The Role:

The Emergency Dispatcher is responsible for answering service and support related requests. There will be a requirement to communicate well across all departments to action service requests and field units. Shift patterns required to ensure full coverage 365/247.

Requirements:

• You’ll need a minimum of 6 months experience in an Emergency Dispatch or high volume Call Center environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a high-tech and fast paced environment
• Be a team player and equally work well on own initiative
• Previous 911/call center dispatch experience preferred
• Desk based position working from central location

Package:

Starting from $21 per hour (+ percentage increase on salary depending on shift pattern) + 401k “fully loaded” TSi benefits, Employee-owner etc.
